17:12B-3.Ā Application of act
No State association shall hereafter be incorporated for the purposes statedĀ in this act, except pursuant to the provisions of this act.Ā The provisions ofĀ this act shall apply to all associations in existence and operating under theĀ provisions of chapter 12 of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes and theĀ "SavingsĀ and Loan Act,"Ā approved April 4, 1946 (P.L.1946, c. 56) at the date of theĀ enactment of this act and where specifically set forth to all FederalĀ associations having their principal offices in this State.
