17:12B-37.1.Ā Remote service units;Ā establishment or use;Ā sharing; regulations
A State association may establish or use remote service units as defined inĀ section 8 of P.L.1963, c. 144 (C. 17:12B-8).Ā The commissioner may require theĀ sharing of such remote service units with other financial institutions. TheĀ commissioner may adopt, amend, alter, or rescind regulations governing theĀ establishment and operation of remote service units.Ā Such regulations shall beĀ in substantial conformity with similar rules and regulations promulgated by theĀ Federal Home Loan Bank Board.
