17:12B-67.1.Ā Disqualification of officers, directors or employees; conviction of crime;Ā pendency of appeal
Except with the written consent of the commissioner, no person who has beenĀ convicted, or who is hereafter convicted, of any crime involving dishonesty orĀ a breach of trust, shall thereafter serve as an officer, director or employeeĀ of an association;Ā provided, however, the pendency of an appeal from saidĀ conviction shall stay the operation of the prohibition until the appeal isĀ decided or dismissed.
