17:14A-15.Ā Filing certificate of incorporation as evidence
If the application is approved by the commissioner, he shall endorse upon orĀ annex to the certificate of incorporation a certificate of approval and theĀ certificate of incorporation shall be filed in the department.Ā The certificateĀ or a copy thereof duly certified by the commissioner shall be evidence in allĀ courts and places.
