17:14A-63.Ā Examination of safe deposit company affairs;Ā when made
An examination pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-61 shall be made at least once in each calendar year and shall be commenced not less than six months and not moreĀ than 15 months following the commencement of the preceding examination madeĀ pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-61, but an examination shall not be commenced when anĀ examination is being made pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-70.Ā The board of directorsĀ may, whenever it deems it advisable, have examinations made of the company'sĀ affairs other than as required by this section.
