17:14A-64.Ā Examination of safe deposit company affairs;Ā report; statementĀ by directors;Ā filing
Within 60 days after completion of an examination made pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-61, a report thereof, in a form prescribed by the commissioner, certified by the person by whom and under whose supervision the examination wasĀ made, shall be presented to the directors at a meeting of the board. The boardĀ of directors shall have a statement prepared setting forth in detail the assetsĀ and their values, liabilities and net worth of the company. Within the timeĀ specified in this section, the directors shall file a copy of the statement andĀ a certified copy of the report with the commissioner.
