17:16C-14.Ā  Reinstatement of suspended licenses or issuance of new licensesĀ  after revocation Every license issued hereunder shall remain in force and effect until the same shall have expired or been surrendered, revoked or suspended in accordanceĀ  with the provisions of this act, but the commissioner may reinstate suspendedĀ  licenses or issue new licenses to a licensee whose license or licenses haveĀ  been revoked, if the conditions under which such licenses were revoked haveĀ  been corrected and the commissioner is satisfied as the result of anĀ  investigation that such conditions are not likely to reoccur.
