17:16C-24.Ā Notice to buyer in retail installment contract
Every retail installment contract shall contain the following notice printedĀ prominently, in the form herein indicated, in 10-point bold type or larger,Ā directly above the notice required by section 25:
"NOTICE TO RETAIL BUYER
Do not sign this contract in blank.
You are entitled to a copy of the contract at the time you sign.
Keep it to protect your legal rights."
