17:16C-98.Ā Definitions
As used in this act, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(a)Ā "Business day"Ā means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
(b)Ā "Place of business"Ā means the main or branch office or local address of a home repair contractor.
(c)Ā "Purchase price"Ā means the total price paid or to be paid for goods and services sold or to be sold pursuant to a home repair contract, such amountĀ to include all interest and service charges, including, without limitation,Ā time sales price.
