17:18-14.Ā Title insurance companies;Ā loss reserve
In addition to the reserves hereinabove required by section six of this act,Ā every such company shall set up and maintain a loss reserve at least equal toĀ the aggregate estimated amounts due or to become due on account of all unpaidĀ losses and claims upon title insurance policies of which the company hasĀ received notice.
