17:22-6.14a1.Ā Property and casualty insurers;Ā filing of current underwriting guidelines
All property and casualty insurers doing business in New Jersey shall, uponĀ request of the Commissioner of Insurance, file with the Department of InsuranceĀ a copy of their current underwriting guidelines, together with any amendmentsĀ thereto or modification thereof.Ā Such guidelines, amendments or modificationsĀ shall not be arbitrary, capricious or unfairly discriminatory.
