There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Banking and Insurance forĀ the fiscal year 1959-60 the sum of $35,000.00 for the purpose of dischargingĀ the functions of the Surplus Lines Examining Office and the payment of salariesĀ and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
