17:27A-14.Ā Separability of provisions
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person orĀ circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisionsĀ or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalidĀ provision or application, and for this purpose the provisions of this chapterĀ are separable.
