17:29A-20.Ā Suspended organizations not to do business
No rating organization shall conduct the business of rate-making during theĀ period that its license has been suspended.Ā The provisions of this sectionĀ shall apply also to the officers, partners, or managers in charge of theĀ business and affairs of such rating organization.
