17:29A-41.Ā Joint legislative committee;Ā monitoring and evaluation
The Banking and Insurance Committee of the General Assembly, and the Labor,Ā Industry and Professions Committee of the Senate, or their respective successors, are constituted as a joint committee for the purposes of monitoringĀ and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of sections 4 to 11 ofĀ this act, and said joint committee shall, as it may deem appropriate, issueĀ recommendations for administrative or legislative changes affecting theĀ implementation of this act.
