17:29A-8.Ā Information as to rates
Every rating organization, and every insurer which does its own rate-makingĀ shall, within ten days after written request therefor, and upon payment to itĀ of such reasonable charge as such rating organization or such insurer shallĀ make therefor, furnish to any person affected by any rate made by it, or to theĀ authorized representative of such person, full information as to such rate,Ā including the schedule or schedules, if any, pursuant to which such rate wasĀ made.
