17:29AA-17.Ā Special risks;Ā records;Ā examination
The underwriting files, loss and expense statistics, financial and other records with respect to special risks written by an insurer shall be maintainedĀ in such detail as may be required by the commissioner and shall be subject toĀ examination by the commissioner or his designee in this State as often asĀ deemed necessary by the commissioner.
