17:29AA-31.Ā Monitoring implementation and effect of act; recommendations
The commissioner shall monitor the implementation and effect of this act onĀ the commercial lines marketplace and shall report to the Legislature no laterĀ than 3 years after the enactment of this act, and recommend whether the actĀ should be continued, repealed or modified.Ā In making his recommendation, theĀ commissioner shall consider, among other things, whether a reasonable degree ofĀ competition exists among commercial lines insurers.
