17:29-12.Ā  Maximum charge;Ā  regulation The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall, pursuant to chapter 66 of the laws of 1958, hold a hearing and promulgate an appropriate regulation establishing the maximum amount which may be charged by a lender or other legalĀ  entity servicing mortgages for the substitution of an insurance policy orĀ  policies.
