17:30D-11.Ā  Recovery fund;Ā  custodian;Ā  disbursements;Ā  investment The fund created by this act shall be separate and apart from any other fundĀ  and from all other State moneys.Ā  The State Treasurer shall be custodian of theĀ  fund and all disbursements from said fund shall be made by the treasurer uponĀ  vouchers signed by the commissioner.Ā  The moneys in the fund shall be investedĀ  and reinvested by the Director of the Division of Investment as other trustĀ  funds in the custody of the State Treasurer in the manner provided by law.
