17:30D-14.Ā  Severability If any provisions of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisionsĀ  or applications of this act which can be given effect without the invalidĀ  provision or application, and for this purpose the provisions of this act areĀ  declared to be severable.
