17:30E-24.Ā  Severability The provisions of this act shall be severable, and if any of its provisionsĀ  shall be held to be unconstitutional, the decision of the court shall notĀ  affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this act, except that theĀ  provisions of section 25 shall not be severable from the provisions of sectionsĀ  13 to 31, and if any of the provisions of section 25 shall be held to beĀ  unconstitutional, the commissioner shall establish a plan for the providing ofĀ  automobile insurance pursuant to P.L.1970, c. 215 (C. 17:29D-1).
