17:35-31.Ā Penalty for violations;Ā revocation of certificate of authority
Any assessment company or association or any officer or agent thereof whichĀ or who issues or delivers to any person in this State any policy or certificateĀ in willful violation of the provisions of this act shall be punished by a fineĀ of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and theĀ commissioner may revoke the certificate of authority of any company orĀ association of another State or country, or of the agent of any company orĀ association, which or who willfully violates any provision of this act.
