17:37A-16.Ā  Examination into affairs;Ā  hearings;Ā  expenses The commissioner may make an examination into the affairs of the associationĀ  whenever he deems it expedient, and in undertaking any examination he may holdĀ  a hearing or hearings pursuant to the procedures provided in chapter 1 of thisĀ  Title.Ā  The expenses of every such examination shall be borne and paid by theĀ  association, but the commissioner may, in his discretion, for good cause shown,Ā  remit such charges.
