17:45A-4.Ā Vote percentage required for approval;Ā certificate to Commissioner of Banking and Insurance
If, at the meeting held pursuant to the notice required by section 3 of thisĀ act, or at any adjournment thereof, 2/3 of the members present vote inĀ favor of the plan and resolution so adopted by the board of directors or boardĀ of trustees, or in favor of an amendment thereof or a substitute therefor, aĀ certificate thereof signed by the secretary, and acknowledged or proved as inĀ the case of deeds to real property, shall be submitted to the Commissioner ofĀ Banking and Insurance.Ā The certificate shall set forth the plan and resolutionĀ adopted, and the approval thereof in the manner herein provided.
