17:45A-6.Ā Date of existence as mutual life insurance company;Ā effect
From and after the date of the issuance of the certificate of authority, theĀ association shall be a mutual life insurance company, vested with all the powers and privileges of a mutual life insurance company, and subject to all provisions of law applicable to such companies, in the same manner and with theĀ same effect as if the converted association had originally been incorporated asĀ a mutual life insurance company on the date of the issuance of the certificateĀ of authority, and the members of such association shall become and be membersĀ of the mutual life insurance company.
