17:46B-10.Ā Power to insure titles to real estate
Every title insurance company shall have the power to do the kinds of business defined in subsections a. and b. of section 1 of this act, and to makeĀ searches, abstracts, examine titles to real property and chattels, procure andĀ furnish information in relation thereto, and to provide any other servicesĀ related to the land title business.
