17:46B-11.Ā Prohibition upon guaranteeing mortgages and completion
A title insurance company shall not, in any manner whatsoever, guarantee theĀ payment of the principal or the interest of bonds or other obligations securedĀ by mortgages upon real property;Ā nor shall a title insurance company, in anyĀ manner whatsoever guarantee the completion of any building, structure orĀ project.
