17:47-7.Ā Return of deposits
After the conditions of any deposits made under this chapter have been fulfilled and the certificate of authority granted to the underwriters has beenĀ canceled or they have voluntarily withdrawn from and have ceased doing businessĀ in this state, the commissioner shall return to the underwriters or their dulyĀ authorized representatives for this purpose specifically designated by them, orĀ their principal attorney or attorneys in fact, all securities and cash soĀ deposited in this state.
