17:48C-1.Ā  Objects and purposes The objects and purposes of a dental service corporation authorized pursuantĀ  to this act shall be to establish, maintain and operate a nonprofit dentalĀ  service plan or plans in the public interest whereby dental care may beĀ  provided to individuals either singly or in groups who become subscribers thereto;Ā  and in furtherance thereof to enter into contracts with duly licensedĀ  dentists whereby such dentists agree to provide such dental care to itsĀ  subscribers;Ā  and to do everything necessary, incidental or appropriate for theĀ  performance and fulfillment of the aforesaid objects and purposes or which mayĀ  lawfully be done by a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of theĀ  State of New Jersey.
