17:48C-33.Ā Partial invalidity
Should any provision or section of this act be held invalid for any reason,Ā such holding shall not be construed as affecting the validity of any remainingĀ portion of such section or of this act, it being intent of the Legislature thatĀ this act shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any such provision orĀ section.
