17:48C-34.Ā Application of act
No person, association or corporation shall engage in any activity providedĀ for in this act unless organized and authorized in accordance with itsĀ provisions;Ā but this shall not preclude activities authorized under otherĀ enabling acts, nor shall it apply to any arrangement or activity which isĀ subject to regulation under other applicable law of this State or of the UnitedĀ States.
