17:48C-9.Ā Additional payments by subscribers
Any dental service corporation may classify subscribers whereby under specified circumstances a subscriber or covered dependents may pay a participating dentist for dental services an amount in addition to that payableĀ by the corporation for dental services and the subscription certificate issuedĀ to any subscriber affected thereby shall contain the provisions thereof andĀ shall specify such circumstances.Ā No subscriber or covered dependent shall beĀ liable for that portion of a participating dentist's fee for dental serviceĀ specified in the subscriber's certificate, which is to be paid by theĀ corporation to the participating dentist.
