17:9A-153.Ā  Rights of dissenting stockholders A stockholder of a national banking association which converts into a bank pursuant to this article may make a demand for and receive payment of the valueĀ  of his shares in such association in the manner defined, prescribed and limitedĀ  by applicable Federal law, and the bank shall make such payment to suchĀ  stockholder, and shall pay the costs of appraisal, in the amount and in theĀ  manner required by applicable Federal law.
