17:9A-175.5.Ā  Construction of act Nothing in this act shall be construed to enlarge the classes of investmentsĀ  permitted for fiduciaries, or any other type of investor whose investments areĀ  regulated by statute, by reference in any such statute to investments which areĀ  legal for savings banks.
