17:9A-180.9. "Surplus"Ā  defined As used in sections 2 and 3 hereof, surplus of a savings bank shall mean theĀ  total of its surplus, undivided profits and unallocated reserves, and shall beĀ  the amount shown as the total surplus accounts in the latest report ofĀ  condition made and filed as required by section 256(A) of the Banking Act ofĀ  1948.
