17:9A-309.Ā Meetings;Ā quorum
A.Ā The board shall meet at least bimonthly at such times and places in theĀ State as it may determine.Ā The commissioner may call such other meetings as heĀ may deem necessary, and he shall call a meeting when requested by two or moreĀ members of the board.Ā At least three days notice of every meeting shall beĀ given to each member of the board personally, or by mail, telephone, orĀ telegraph.
B.Ā A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum. Any action which may be taken by the board at a meeting may be taken without a meeting, provided that an instrument evidencing such action is signed by all the members of the board, and filed in the department.Ā Any number of copies ofĀ such instrument, each bearing one or more signatures, shall be deemed a singleĀ instrument.
