17:9A-53.11.Ā Loans or extension of credit not subject to act
Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to any loan or extension ofĀ credit which a banking institution may make pursuant to any other law of thisĀ State or any regulation promulgated pursuant to such law, nor shall this act beĀ construed as prescribing an exclusive method for the making of loans forĀ educational purposes.
