Nothing in this act applies to any loan or extension of credit which a bankĀ may make pursuant to any other law of this State or any regulation promulgatedĀ pursuant to such law, nor does this act apply to any loan or extension ofĀ credit otherwise authorized or not prohibited by law, or otherwise enforceableĀ at law.
