17:9A-95.Ā Summary review of elections by Superior Court
Upon application of any stockholder who questions an election of directors of a bank, the Superior Court, if such application be made in an action broughtĀ within twenty days after the election and if reasonable notice of the intendedĀ application shall have been given to the bank and to those whose election isĀ questioned, shall have jurisdiction to confirm the questioned election, orĀ order a new election, or make such other order and give such relief as justiceĀ may require.Ā The court may proceed in the action in a summary manner orĀ otherwise.
