18A:13-21.Ā  Inclusion of amounts certified in tax The amount or amounts so certified by all of said governing bodies or by theĀ  commissioner, as the case may be, shall be apportioned among municipalitiesĀ  included within the regional district and shall be included in the tax levy forĀ  such municipalities for such appropriations, as provided by law.
