No secretary, assistant secretary, school business administrator or businessĀ manager of a board of education of any school district shall, during the termĀ for which he was appointed, be dismissed or reduced in compensation, except forĀ neglect, misbehavior or other offense unless it is otherwise provided in hisĀ contract of employment.
