18A:17-10.Ā Secretary;Ā annual report
The secretary shall, at the close of each fiscal year, present to the boardĀ a detailed report of its financial transactions during such year and file suchĀ copies thereof with the county superintendent as shall be required by theĀ commissioner and he shall also make report on or before August 1 of each yearĀ of such matters, in such manner and form, as shall be prescribed by theĀ commissioner.
