Each superintendent of schools shall render to the commissioner and to the county superintendent of schools having jurisdiction over the district a reportĀ of such matters relating to the schools, under his supervision as shall beĀ required by the commissioner, and in the manner and form prescribed by him, onĀ or before August 1 of each year.
