18A:18A-28.Ā Application for classification;Ā fee
Any person desiring such classification shall file with the department a statement under oath in response to a questionnaire, prepared and standardized for like classes of work, by the department together with a fee of $10.00. TheĀ statement shall develop fully the financial ability, adequacy of plant andĀ equipment, organization and prior experience of the prospective bidder, andĀ also such other pertinent and material facts as may be deemed desirable.
