18A:24-31.Ā Form;Ā type I districts
All bonds of a type I school district, issued in accordance with this chapter, shall be designatedĀ "school bonds"Ā and shall be in either registeredĀ or coupon form, or both, and of such denomination as the governing body of theĀ municipality, comprising the district, shall determine, and such bonds, withinĀ the limitations and provisions of this chapter, shall mature and be payable inĀ such years and amounts as said governing body shall determine in the ordinanceĀ authorizing issuance of the bonds or by subsequent resolution.
