18A:24-60.Ā Cancellation and disposition of paid obligations On the taking up or payment of outstanding obligations of a Type II districtĀ the board of education of the district shall cancel the same and hold them forĀ inspection by the public school accountant.Ā After such inspection they may beĀ destroyed as authorized by the Bureau of Archives and History, Division of theĀ State Library, Archives and History, State Department of Education.
