18A:24-9.Ā Issuance of bonds in accordance with maturities approved by localĀ finance board
If such application shall be so approved such bonds shall thereafter be issued only at the maturities and in the annual installments set forth in said schedule, and the same shall be valid notwithstanding any limitations on maturities or annual installments set forth in this chapter or in any proposal,Ā ordinance, resolution, certificate, proposition or other proceeding for theĀ authorization of such bonds theretofore adopted, made, or taken.
