18A:26-11.Ā Interstate agreement on qualification of educational personnel; enactment
The interstate agreement on qualification of educational personnel containedĀ herein is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictionsĀ legally joining therein in substantially the same form, to apply to allĀ teaching staff members who must meet requirements of certification pursuant toĀ section 1 of chapter 1 and sections 1 and 2 of chapter 26 of Title 18A of theĀ New Jersey Statutes.
