18A:27-3.4.  Inapplicability of act to teaching staff employees and administrative officers of county colleges Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S. 18A:64A-13, the provisions of the act hereby supplemented shall be inapplicable to teaching staff employees and administrative officers of county colleges.
